Middle School Program
Age/Grade Range:
11–12 years old (Grades 5–7)
Program Focus:
• Foundational skill development
• Skating, stickhandling, passing, and shooting
• Introduction to team systems and game concepts
• Fun, age-appropriate conditioning and development
Competition Level:
Developmental / Competitive — local games and select small tournaments
Expected Commitment:
• 1–2 skills sessions per month
• Occasional on-ice team practices
• Weekend games and tournament opportunities
Additional Notes:
Focused on skill building, teamwork, confidence, and preparing players for the JV program within the organization.
JV Program
Age/Grade Range:
13–16 years old (Grades 8–11)
Program Focus:
• Monthly skills labs focused on game preparation
• Team systems and situational hockey
• Leadership development and conditioning fundamentals
• Increased pace and competitive play
Competition Level:
Competitive scholastic hockey — frequent games and regional tournaments
Expected Commitment:
• 1 skills lab per month
• 1 on-ice team practice per month
• Frequent weekend games and tournament play
Additional Notes:
Players may receive opportunities to be called up to the Varsity team based on development, performance, and roster needs.
Varsity Program
Age/Grade Range:
14–18 years old (Grades 8–12)
Program Focus:
• Advanced strategy and systems development
• High-level game preparation and conditioning
• Leadership, accountability, and competitive performance
• Preparation for higher levels of hockey
Competition Level:
High school league competition — frequent games, tournaments, and regional travel
Expected Commitment:
• 1 advanced skills lab per month
• 1 on-ice team practice per month
• Frequent games, showcases, and travel opportunities
Additional Notes:
Focused on advanced competition, leadership, and player development within scholastic hockey. Players may move between Varsity and JV teams based on roster structure, development, and team needs.
